Official Rules

  1. The sponsor of this promotion is Unbounce Marketing Solutions, Inc., located at 104-375 Water Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada V6B 5C6 (“Sponsor”).
  2. The promotion will begin at 5:00pm PDT on November 17, 2010 and end at 11:59pm PDT November 24, 2010.
  3. There is 1 prizes - a $600 free pass to the Landing Page Success Seminar (www.landingpagesuccessseminar.com)
  4. To enter the promotion, the entrant must then issue the status update from their Twitter account shown on the promotion page located at the URL http://try.unbounce.com/lpss. The entrant’s Twitter updates must not be protected during the promotion period. Entrants may sign-up for their own Twitter account at https://twitter.com/signup.
  5. To entrant must also "like" Unbounce using the button provided on the URL http://try.unbounce.com/lpss.
  6. The winner will be selected randomly from all the valid entries. Sponsor will notify the winners via email. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days, he or she will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be randomly chosen.
  7. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
  8. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion.
  9. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be featured on Unbounce properties (unbounce.com, newsletters, and social media updates) to announce the winner.
  10. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to provide details of their marketing campaigns for the purpose of an Unbounce case study - should the campaign be deemed by the sponsor to be newsworthy.
  11. Unbounce will not provide replacements for any services the winner chooses not to receive.
